ModsWale does not provide modification services directly. All services are provided by independent garages listed on the Platform.

ModsWale acts as an intermediary platform connecting users and service providers.

3. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or
You are accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or interacting with the Platform.

4. User Accounts

Users may create accounts to access certain features.

You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account
Notify ModsWale immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time.

You may initiate account deletion through the Settings > Danger Zone section of the Platform or visit our Account Deletion Instructions page.
Upon deletion, your personal profile, vehicle garage data, and wishlist will be permanently removed.
Publicly visible content like reviews, posts, or messages sent to partners may be anonymized or retained as necessary for the integrity of the Platform, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

ModsWale reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Garage / Partner Listings

Garages may create profiles to promote their services on ModsWale.

By listing on the Platform, partners agree that:

All information provided is accurate and not misleading
Images and descriptions represent genuine work or services
They comply with applicable laws and regulations

ModsWale reserves the right to remove listings that:

Violate applicable laws
Mislead users
Infringe intellectual property rights

6. Platform Usage

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

Post misleading or fraudulent content
Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
Impersonate another person or business
Upload harmful software or malicious code

10. Pricing and Transactions

ModsWale may display pricing or service information provided by garages.

ModsWale:

Does not control pricing set by garages
Is not responsible for payments made directly to garages
Does not guarantee service outcomes

All transactions occur independently between users and garages.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users and garages may not:

Upload illegal or harmful content
Post fake reviews or ratings
Misrepresent services
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt to manipulate search rankings

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

12. Suspension or Termination

ModsWale reserves the right to:

Suspend accounts
Remove listings
Restrict access

if a user or partner violates these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

ModsWale may collect information such as:
